Ms. Varsha Barge - Proprietor has overall 8 years+ of post qualification experience. She is qualified Chartered Accountant and has done Masters in Commerce. She has also completed the Treasury management course issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants. Her experience comprises 6+ years with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Audit & Assurance vertical catering to mainly listed companies. She has experience of working with Manufacturing, Consumer Service, Logistics, Financials services Industries like Non-Banking Finance Company, Housing Finance Company, Core Investment Company etc. She has expertise of conducting statutory audits of standalone & consolidated financial statements, quarterly audit & review as per SEBI requirement, NHB compliances/returns, various certification work as per regulatory and management requirements, tax audits and other business support services for mainly manufacturing and Financial service segment and also has experience in education, logistics, traders etc. Her proficiency also includes review of financial statement contemplating accounting standards (IGAAP (AS) and IND AS), conversion project from IGAAP to IND AS accounting standards for first time adoption, designing and setting up of controls for Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR), preparing Risk control Matrix (RCM) and Standard Operating Practices (SOP) for new or emerging business or processes.
